Hotel Policies:

To make your hotel reservations, please call 502-313-6664 and identify yourself with the 2019 AAMC Central and Southern GSA/OSR Joint Regional Spring Meeting in order to receive the group rate. You can also book online by clicking here. 

To confirm your reservation, a credit card is required and a deposit equal to one night’s room charge must accompany your reservation request. Reservations must be made prior to Thursday, March 10, 2019. After March 10, 2019, reservations at the group rate will be accepted only on a space available basis.

Cancellation of any guaranteed room reservation must be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival to recover your deposit. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

You are responsible for making your hotel arrangements directly with the property. The registration fee does not include hotel arrangements, flight, ground transportation or any incidentals related to traveling to the workshop.

Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company is not AAMC approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please use the information above to book your room in the AAMC hotel block.
