Objective: To describe the components comprising a DNA sequence variant pathogenicity score assignment.

Outcome:
Comprehension of the complexities in variant science and ability to apply this knowledge when reviewing patient genetic results, which include DNA sequence variant assessments.

Target Audience:
University of Louisville faculty, staff, attending physicians, residents, fellows and medical students, as well as physicians and all other healthcare professionals from the community.
