Dr. Darren Farber is an associate professor of Neurology and Pediatrics at the University of Louisville. Although a native New Yorker, he completed medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. He completed a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Florida at Jacksonville. He completed a fellowship in Child Neurology at the Cleveland Clinic. He is Board Certified in Neurology with special qualifications in Child Neurology. Dr. Farber joined the faculty at the University of Louisville in 2007.

Currently he serves as Co-Director of the Neuro-Genetics program at the University of Louisville. Dr. Farber's interests include neuro-oncology and neuro-genetics.
