Biography

I was born in Irbid, Jordan, where I attended medical school at Jordan University of Science and Technology. I moved to the U.S. for residency training in internal medicine at the University of Minnesota and subsequently cardiovascular fellowship training at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. I worked as an invasive cardiologist in Chandler, Arizona before joining the University of Louisville as an interventional cardiology fellow. After completion of my fellowship, I plan on joining a private practice in Arizona.

In His Words

I chose the University of Louisville because of their robust and busy interventional program which allows me to be trained and gain confidence in performing highly complex as well as routine interventional procedures. When not in the cath lab, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. We enjoy travelling and exploring new places and cuisines.
