R. "Beau" Beaupre, randall.beaupre@gmail.com

Beau began the PBPM program in Fall 2013.  He is originally from Phoenix, AZ where he attended Arizona State University and received his B.S. in Construction Management.  Before moving to Louisville, Beau worked as an engineer for a general contractor in Phoenix.  Currently, he works as a tissue recovery technician for Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates and plans to begin med school at UofL in Fall 2015.  Beau enjoys playing guitar and being outdoors with his wife and dog.

Update: Beau graduated from our program in December.  He has been accepted to the University of Louisville School of Medicine for 2015.  He will begin medical school this fall.

Ryan Parker, carparker@gmail.com

Ryan graduated from the University of Louisville in 2005 and worked in finance for 8 years before joining the post-bac program. He is an experienced commuter, having completed the program while living approx. 90 minutes from campus. In his spare time, he enjoys teaching fencing and spending time with his wife and 5 children.

Update: Ryan graduated from our program in December 2014 and has been accepted to the University of Louisville School of Medicine for the entering 2015 Class.  He will begin medical school in the fall.

Michelle Punzal, pwnzal@gmail.com

Michelle graduated from New York University with a degree in marketing in the summer of 2013 and started the post-bac program shortly after.  She has worked in the restaurant industry for 3 years and interned in several marketing departments before deciding to switch into the medical field.  Currently, she is spending her gap semester in Virginia and working at small bakery.  She loves to spend her free time writing music, playing video games, working out, baking, and traveling.

Update: Michelle graduated from our program in December 2014 and has been accepted to the University of Louisville School of Medicine entering 2015 medical school class.  She has also received additional acceptances elsewhere and will make a final decision soon.  She will begin medical school in the fall.

Laura Weldon, lzweldon@gmail.com

Laura began the PBPM program in Fall 2012. She is originally from Northern Kentucky, but lived in NYC for six years where she attended Columbia university and graduated in 2010 with a B.A. in English Literature. She is a Pilates instructor and health coach, and plans to continue pursuing health and wellness by attending naturopathic med school. She loves to cook, travel, practice yoga, watch movies, and spend time with her family on the river. Laura now commutes from Lexington, KY.

Update: Laura graduated from our program in May 2014.  She has been accepted to the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland Oregon for 2015.  She will begin medical school this fall.
