Eat 2B Well

The School of Medicine is launching an eight-week elective nutrition curriculum for medical students. The weekly two-hour meetings will be reinforced by independent study and practice to instruct students on healthy food choices and preparation techniques, with the goal to improve students’ skills in discussing dietary changes with patients as well as their own nutritional intake. The program is possible thanks to the sponsors and partners listed below.

Medical students will begin the culinary medicine program on September 20 at Cooking at Millie's, and will be joined by Youth Build participants. Faculty members from the UofL School of Medicine also will participate in class instruction.
