Research indicates that a sedentary lifestyle creates elevated health risks.  Some say “sitting is the new smoking”. 120 Body Breaks support activity throughout the workday to get you out of your chair and into motion. 

Signing up for Body Breaks is easy.  To enroll click here and provide a cell phone number to receive Body Break text messages.  You will receive three to five texts during the workday prompting you to take a 2 minute (120 seconds) break to stretch or move. 

Each Body Break text includes a link to a short demonstration video.  Frequent short periods of activity yield meaningful benefits.
