Course Description
Many neurologic conditions span the ages of pediatrics and post-adolescence. With advances in medical care, children affected by life-limiting conditions are now living well into adulthood. Phenotypic variability of genetic disorders has also resulted in adult-onset presentations of classic child neurologic conditions. It is our hope to shed light on common childhood neurologic sequelae that often persist into adulthood and also to discuss disorders that may at times present in adolescence or early adulthood. In this regard, we will overview Epilepsy, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Neurooncology, Neuromuscular Disorders, and Neurogenetics.

Target Audience
The target audience for this seminar is Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Physiatrists, Pediatricians, Internists, Oncologists, Developmental Specialists, RNs, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, Research Coordinators, EEG techs and all other healthcare professionals interested in the topics presented.
