Physicians at all stages of their practice must understand the basics of business and finance in order to maintain their financial viability in order to provide service to their patients. BeyondtheExamRoom™ is a 12 module online course with interactive features that teach the basics of personal and practice finance and assist physicians in making sound financial decisions.

Target Audience
This course is designed for Physicians transitioning into or between practices, physicians wishing to acquire more knowledge about personal and practice financial planning.

Designation Statement
The University of Louisville Continuing Medical Education office designates this enduring material for a maximum of 12.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Accreditation
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the University of Louisville and Masina Practice Management, LTD. The University of Louisville is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing education for physicians.

Instructions & Registration
The course takes approximately 12.0 hours. During the course you will watch and listen to interactive video presentations.

You will have to register and create a user profile before you are able to view the videos and post-test material. Once the materials have been reviewed, you will take a brief post-activity quiz followed by course evaluations, after which you will be able to generate your CME/CE certificate.
