George P. Nalbandian, of Union, Ky., is a member of the McConnell Scholar Class of 2021 at the University of Louisville, where he studies political science and English. He is a Henry Vogt Scholarship recipient. He received the John and Kathryn Esselburn Award for Outstanding Achievement in Political Science.
