As part of its continuing effort to encourage an appreciation of the diversity of American political thought and to encourage a vibrant discourse on the major issues of today, the McConnell Center welcomes Dr. Adolph Reed as a guest lecturer. Reed, a professor of political science at the University of Pennsylvania specializing in African American and American politics, will address "Rethinking the Left: Race and Politics in the Age of Obama."
The event will be Feb. 3 at 1 p.m. in the Chao Auditorium.
The event is free and open to the public. No tickets or reservations required.
