Gregg delivers lecture on Washington, statesmanship at University of Cincinnati
Nov. 14, 2012 - Gary Gregg, director of the McConnell Center, lectured on 'The Temptation of Washington and the Birth of Constitutional Statesmanship' at the University of Cincinnati's Taft House.
Gregg, a political science professor, holds the Mitch McConnell Chair in Leadership at the University of Louisville. He is the author or editor of nine books including The Presidential Republic, Patriot Sage: George Washington and the American Political Tradition andSecuring Democracy: Why We Have an Electoral College.
Gregg's research interests include the American presidency, American political institutions, and political and constitutional thought at the American founding.
