Faculty, staff, and students are able to access wireless connections with two options: Client-less and the Odyssey Client.

  • Odyssey Client Access
The Odyssey Client is still available and a more secure option. The Odyssey client provides network login (using your ULink userid and password), and encryption of your network traffic. The Odyssey client version 4.7 support both Windows XP-SP2 and Windows Vista. The Odyssey client software is available at no charge to faculty, staff and students. For more information about downloading, installation, and configuration of the Odyssey Client, please refer to the IT's Wireless Network page.

While in Ekstrom Library, if you have question about wireless access, the REACH Computer Resource Center (CRC) is available to answer them. The tutors have been trained to provide general technical support and trouble-shooting for wireless questions. The REACH CRC in the Ekstrom Learning Commons hours are 8am-8pm Mon - Thurs, 8am-4pm Fri and 5pm-9pm Sunday. For any additional hardware, software, or logon issues, please seek advice from IT's HelpDesk at 852-7997 or IT's Computing Centers (hours and locations).
