RAP Session Request

Do you need in-depth help with a paper or project for class? A Research Advisory Program (RAP) session gives you one-on-one time with a research librarian or archivist. Appointments can last from 15 minutes to an hour.

This program is available to University of Louisville faculty, staff and students. All others should contact a library in their area for assistance.

List three days and times when you would be able to meet with a librarian. Please allow four business days between completing this request and the earliest time when you would like to meet. If you need immediate assistance, please contact the Reference Desk. NOTE: Appointments are much easier to accomodate Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

A librarian will contact you within 2 business days to confirm an appointment on one of the times you chose or to set up an appointment for another time. The appointment is not set until a librarian confirms the time by calling or sending you an e-mail.
