Book Hold: Request that a checked-out book be held for you upon its return.
Book Recall: Request that a checked-out book be returned as soon as possible. (Please note, Kornhauser Library does not process recall requests. Place a hold for the needed book or use Interlibrary Loan.)
Search: Use this option if the book is not located where Minerva says it is.
Claims Returned: Use to report that a book is charged to your account which you believe you have already returned. (See Circulation Policies for more information.)
