- You must have a valid Cardinal Card to borrow items from Media Resources.
- Laptops and headphones are in-house use only.
- * You can renew the Ekstrom Video Collection using Minerva (the catalog) by clicking on "My Library Account"
- **Graduate Students can only charge a total of 6 videos from either collection with no more than 3 from the SGA Collection.
- *** Undergraduates are only allowed to check out items from the SGA Video Collection.
- **** Laptops can only be used inside the Ekstrom Libray.

- Community Borrower: Residents of Kentucky and Louisville Metropolitan Area over 18 years of age; must show valid KY driver's license or ID. New Community Borrowers’ cards will expire in 30-days to allow verification of contact information. After the initial 30 day period, a permanent card is issued which will be renewed annually upon verification of current contact information.
- Consortia Student: Metroversity Student, SAALCK Student, OCLC.
- Temporary Borrower: High School Student, Music Preparatory, Summer programs (ex. Upward Bound), Southern Police Institute, Visiting Student.
