Copyright Policy

The laws governing copyright restrict the frequency and sources of items reproduced electronically. For that reason, many of these stipulations are non-negotiable. Restrictions on basis of copyright do not apply to U.S. Government Documents or items in the public domain.

Copyright for online and distance education courses.

DLLS users need to keep in mind the following points on copyright regarding library materials:

    1. Course Reserves: Visit our E-Reserves policy page.
    2. Book chapter Requests: Only 10% of the entire work can be copied.
    3. Course Paks: Materials in course paks may not be reproduced electronically.

      Copyright Permissions Services
