Liberal Studies Five-Year Project
The Liberal Studies Project was a major initiative that has enhanced interdisciplinary teaching and research in the College of Arts and Sciences, and has provided students with opportunities to integrate traditionally self-contained fields of study.
The project supports faculty research, student scholarships, guest speakers and special events — workshops, exhibitions, symposia — related to new ideas that arise from the merging of disciplines.
