Janna Tajibaeva coordinates activities of the five-year Visiting Professors project. Her activities include organization of conferences and workshops, travel and accommodation arrangements as well as agendas for international and national scholars visiting University of Louisville. She monitors expenditures, assists in budget preparation, maintains financial records, distributes announcements, press releases, and serves as a liaison with other university departments.

Work experience
Work experience over the past several years includes Research Assistant for Encyclopedia of Louisville, Instructor of Russian Language at Bellarmine College (Louisville, KY), Instructor of Art History at University of Louisville, and interpreter for exchange programs for people from former republics of the Soviet Union visiting local governmental and private organizations.
