Third Annual Flexner Forum to focus on secrecy in settlements

The Third Annual Flexner Forum is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 29, from noon to 1 p.m. in Room 275 at Brandeis School of Law. Professor Grace Giesel, who holds the Bernard Flexner Professor title, will present on the topic, "Lawyer Promises of Secrecy in Settlements and Lawyer Ethics."

The presentation is open to the Law School community.
