Professor Arnold’s land use article selected for Zoning and Planning Law Handbook

Brandeis School of Law Professor Tony Arnold’s article, “Resilient Cities and Adaptive Law,” was one of a handful of land use articles published in 2014 that were selected for republication in the 2015 Zoning and Planning Law Handbook.

Three total articles were chosen for republication, including Professor Arnold’s, Andrea McArdle’s “Reimaging a Resilient New York after Superstorm Sandy,” and John Travis Marshall & Ryan Rowberry’s “Urban Wreckage and Resiliency.”

The four authors were also participants in the 2014 Resilient Cities symposium at the University of Idaho. The articles originally were published in the Idaho Law Review.

Additionally, Professor Arnold was a guest on the Matt Townsend Show on BYU Radio on July 1. The episode, which was broadcast nationally, focused on water and drought in the American West.
