Prof. Warren publishes lead article in Securities Regulation Law Journal

Professor Manning Warren, an expert in securities regulation, corporate law and European Union law, has written the lead article in a recent securities regulation journal.
"The Deconstruction of the Administrative Judiciary" has been published in the Securities Regulation Law Journal.
"This article addresses the controversial divergence of opinions by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia regarding the constitutionality of the appointment of administrative law judges," states the abstract.
Warren is the Harold Edward Harter Professor of Law at the Brandeis School of Law.
