Prof. Levinson publishes chapter in e-commerce law book

Professor Ariana Levinson has published a chapter in a newly released book about e-commerce law.
Research Handbook on Electronic Commerce Law, published in September 2016, includes Levinson's chapter, "Social media and the National Labor Relations Board."
"This chapter addresses the increasingly important issue of how the National Labor Relations Act applies to postings by employees on social media," states the chapter's abstract. "It argues that in large part the National Labor Relations Board has correctly applied the decades-old concept of protected concerted activity to new technological meeting places."
