The colloquium, hosted by Texas A&M University School of Law, is a way for emerging and establishing labor and employment scholars to gather with colleagues to present their work to an expert audience.
Levinson presented “Unionized Worker-Owners? Yes, No, Maybe So . . .” The paper in progress details the labor law issues often faced by those establishing union co-ops.
