John Cross presented at an international conference in Taiwan in early December 2017.
Brandeis Law Professor John Cross, Grosscurth Professor of Law, presented at the International Conference on New Paradigms of Law in Taipei, Taiwan, Dec. 4-5, 2017.
His paper is titled "Competitor Pricing of Market Behavior: A Paradigm of 'Privatization.'"
While in Taiwan, Cross lectured at two universities: Overseas Chinese University in Taichung and National Yunlin University of Science and Technology in Douliou.
Cross is an internationally respected scholar in intellectual property law and the laws governing courts.
