Ned Weinberger, a 2008 graduate of the Brandeis School of Law, was lead counsel in a shareholder suit against retailer Sears that resulted in a $40 million settlement for his clients.

Weinberger is a partner at Labaton Sucharow, LLP in Philadelphia.
