Brandeis Law hosts naturalization ceremony for 29 new U.S. citizens

New U.S. citizens pledge their allegiance to the flag.

On Nov. 18, 2016, Brandeis Law played host to a naturalization ceremony in which 29 people from 21 countries of origin were sworn in as U.S. citizens. 

The event was the conclusion of an important legal and personal journey for a group of people who chose to become American citizens.

“The Brandeis School of Law is honored to host this ceremony, which marks an important milestone in the lives of these new citizens," said Dean Susan Duncan. "As legal educators, we are always happy to see the real-world impact of the laws and legal processes we teach every day.”
