Benjamin Weigel, a 2008 graduate of the Brandeis School of Law, has been named partner at O'Bryan, Brown & Toner.

His practice includes defense of physicians and hospitals in medical negligence claims, defense of first party and third party insurance bad faith claims and the defense of general liability claims.
