David Henley
David Henley is vice president and chief compliance officer of Passport Health Plan, Kentucky's only non-profit, community-based health care provider.
Before joining Passport, Henley was a managing associate general counsel for WellPoint Inc., where he provided legal support for the following WellPoint Inc. subsidiaries: Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Missouri, UniCare Life & Health Insurance Company and HealthLink Inc.
Henley has also been a staff attorney and an examiner-in-charge in the Market Conduct Section of the Missouri Department of Insurance. Henley also served with the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of captain in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
He teaches Corporate Compliance for the Certificate in Health Law.
