Beth Rosenbaum

Beth Rosenbaum is senior vice president and chief counsel for Kindred Rehabilitation Services, a division of Kindred Healthcare Inc. Prior to assuming this role in 2015, Rosenbaum served as operations counsel for Kindred’s Nursing Center Division from 2011-2103 and as vice president and chief counsel for Kindred’s Home Health and Hospice Division from 2013-2015.

Prior to joining Kindred, Rosenbaum was a member of the Health Care Practice Group at Benesch in Cleveland, Ohio. She has also served as associate general counsel for a nursing home management company and as general counsel for a manufacturing and distribution company.

Rosenbaum’s experience includes representing clients in a broad range of health care matters with an emphasis in post-acute care. She provides legal guidance in the areas of regulatory compliance, risk management, internal and external audits, government investigations, contract negotiation, physician relations and the development and implementation of training programs designed to promote quality of care and regulatory compliance. Rosenbaum speaks regularly on, and provides training in, fraud and abuse, HIPAA, regulatory compliance, the state survey process and health care reform.
