Volunteer Opportunities

If you want to learn about Latin American culture, work on language skills, gain insight about study abroad opportunities, and get a better knowledge of the city of Louisville through community service, join the Latin American and Latino Studies Club!

How to join LALS Club:
Log in to OrgSync with your UserID and password (create an account if you haven’t already!) and request to be a member. https://orgsync.com/50176/chapter

-To be an active member you must:
-Attend monthly meetings and planned activities
-Attend a minimum of 2 club-sponsored events each semester
-Complete 10 hours of community service each semester with one of our many Latin American organizations in Louisville
Examples include Adelante Hispanic Achievers, La Casa Latina, Americana Community Center, and the Louisville Free Public Library - Iroquois Branch
