Theresa Rajack-Talley

FACULTY PROFILE

talley.jpg Dr. Theresa Rajack-Talley is a Fulbright scholar and completed her PhD in sociology at the University of Kentucky in 1996.  Her primary research focuses on poor communities, households and women and the impact of race, gender and social location. She is currently the Vice Chair in the Department of Pan African Studies and the Director of the Graduate Studies Program.  Dr. Rajack-Talley teaches a range of courses that includes research methodology, global poverty, racism and sexism, black women’s voices, and a study abroad program in Trinidad and Tobago.
