Lean on P2
Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. EDT
Primo's West, Plainfield, IN
Many sessions will tie P2 projects to lean practices. Other sessions include common sense manufacturing, greening your suppliers, environmental management systems and wastewater pollution prevention techniques.
The keynote speaker is Laura Pyzik from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the plenary speaker is Rich Guimond, Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety from the Carrier Corporation. Both will speak about lean practices and P2, and how to make them work together for your company.
The event will be hosted by the Partners for Pollution Prevention, a group of organizations including manufacturers, not for profits, institutions, and government agencies invested in promoting pollution prevention efforts in Indiana.
