Energy Management Process Training Module
The KEEPS Energy Management Process (EMP) seven-step training module is designed to help Energy Managers, facilities personnel and other Energy Team representatives learn the process of energy management.
Welcome to the KEEPS Energy Management Process (EMP) training module, a tool designed to help Kentucky school districts and higher education institutions reduce energy consumption and operating expenses. This seven-step training module is developed by the Kentucky Energy Efficiency Program for Schools (KEEPS), and is based on the ENERGY STAR® energy management and training program – a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy that promotes cost savings through the use of energy-saving products and practices. The KEEPS Energy Management Process training module is designed to help Energy Managers, facilities personnel and other Energy Team representatives learn the process of energy management as well as educate their school district or institution on how an effective energy management program benefits their organization and the environment.
The Energy Management Process training module presentations can be navigated by using either a pointing device (a mouse) or with keystroke-based commands. More information about navigating the presentations in this training module is available.
