Option One:  Pre-Application

I am actively applying to the Kent School and waiting on notice of my official acceptance.  I am submitting my application for practicum in advance of my admission as a way to expedite this process.  I understand I need to contact the Director of Field Education as soon as I learn of my acceptance to Kent School.

Option Two : Postponing Practicum

I will NOT be completing a practicum application for this Fall because I HAVE selected a curriculum plan that does NOT include practicum (670 Foundation Practicum I or 672 Advanced Practicum I) in the Fall semester. Please note: When you click on the Send button below, this note will automatically go to the Director of Field Education. The practicum office will then send you an email in January of next year, reminding you to apply for the practicum.

Option Three: Full Application

I am applying for practicum for THIS FALL (SW 670) or SUMMER (SW 610). You must now complete the full application to obtain a placement. To complete the full practicum application form, select Option 3 below and submit this form. After clicking on Option 3, and hitting the submit button, WAIT until the full practicum application appears and then fill out that form and submit.
