The Kent School Heartbeats, our faculty and staff team that raises funds for the American Heart Association, gathered to show support for the fight against heart disease and stroke. The team is working to raise funds for the 2018 American Heart Association Kentuckiana Heart Walk which will be held on September 22, 2018 at 8 a.m. at the Waterfront in downtown Louisville. This year, Dean Jenkins is the U of L co-chair for the Heart Walk.

The American Heart Association's Heart Walk is an event for raising funds to save lives from heart disease and stroke.  Teams are comprised of company employees that are committed to participate in the Heart Walk and set a company-wide fundraising goal. Last year, the Kent School Heartbeats were the top fundraising team on the Belknap campus and we are looking to do the same this year!
