Congratulations to Rick Cloud who was awarded funding by the Dept of Justice and the Jefferson County Attorneys office,  to participate in a week of planning in San Jose, CA  focused on developing a Jefferson County Veterans Drug Court.  The planning initiative is sponsored and led by the National Drug Court Institute.  The cross disciplinary team consists of a Jefferson County judge, court administrators, drug court clinical and administrative staff, a police liaison, a public defense attorney, a county attorney, and VA counselors.
