Transactional Analysis (TA) has lost it’s popularity as a theoretical framework for therapy over the last 40 years. As a new generation of therapist emerge, it’s validity and therapeutic impact has resurfaced. TA focuses on ego construct (Parent, Adult, Child) and has evolved into redecision therapy. TA views personality structure as adaptive; rather than, pathological. TA is a dynamic and interactive therapy the begins with a Contract for Change. Participants will have opportunity to create personal Contract for Change and to role-play different ego-states. Participants will have time to practice in dyads techniques learned in training.
