Thirty-hour students must be accepted into a specialization after being accepted to the Kent School and before choosing their practicum placement. Please note that the curriculum plans with a Summer start date are only available to students who met the early bird admission deadline (February 28).

Curriculum Plan GG: Three-semester CFT-Prep plan

This Advanced Standing MSSW-CFT Prep sequence is only available to students who have been accepted by the Couple and Family Therapy Program. The Advanced Standing MSSW/CFT Prep sequence is not equivalent to the MSSW/CFT Specialization (due to the shorter time frame) but is designed to help the Advanced Standing student add CFT training to their MSSW program, as well as provide them the option of continuing to work on CFT licensure upon graduation. This plan is not available to non-CFT-Prep students. This Plan Begins in the Summer semester.
