Final Paper
Final Paper is due at the conclusion of Internship. Minimum of 2 pages

Student Evaluations
Submit this form with the final paper. Dates of submissions will be discussed in our pre-field meeting. This is not an optional form. It will be made available to the host agency at the conclusion of your program.

Supervisor's Evaluation
During your first meeting with the agency supervisor, give this form to that person. They must complete it and submit it directly to the Department of Justice Administration. It will become part of your student file. If it is not shared with you at the time it is filled out, make an appointment and review your records.
