Mexico Program

Have you ever dreamed of traveling and studying abroad? Partnering with the Kentucky Institute for International Studies (KIIS), our department is offering a unique opportunity for students in our program. During the summer of 2008, students can travel to Morelia, Mexico and satisfy some/or all of their language requirement. Electives in Justice Administration will also be offered and taught by Professor Rodney Brewer. This exciting five-week program involves in class room study and cultural excursions in this unique part of Mexico. Participants will live with host families and receive six credit hours towards their undergraduate degree.

Sound like fun? This trip will certainly be a life changing experience for those who participate. Think you can’t afford it? You might be surprised at how economical this package really is, particularly considering what six hours of tuition costs today. What to know more? Log onto the KIIS website at www.kiis.org and plan on coming to a brownbag get-together sponsored by the JA Club on October 18, 2007, at 12:15 in Brigman Hall 100C.
