Join Alpha Phi Sigma - Deadline to Apply is September 30th (Fall 2020)

Welcome and welcome back! 

I hope everything is going well during these hard times, we will do our best to keep pushing through and hope that everything will go normal again in the near future. I would like to inform you that our Criminal Justice Honor Society, Alpha Phi Sigma, is an organization that recognizes your hard work and personal sacrifice that is required to achieve scholastic excellence. Alpha Phi Sigma membership designates an individual as an outstanding student of criminal justice. 

Requirements to Join: 

Alpha Phi Sigma is the nationally recognized honor society for students in the criminal justice sciences. To be a member, the student must have completed one-third of their total hours required for graduation and be recommended to National by the chapter advisor.

  • Undergrad students with a declared criminal justice major or minor, must have a minimum of 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale. The student must also have completed a minimum of four courses within the criminal justice curriculum.
  • Graduate students must maintain a minimum of a 3.4 GPA on a 4.0 scale and have completed a minimum of four courses within the criminal justice curriculum.
  • Law students must have completed one academic year with a 2.5 GPA.

 Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to host in-person meetings, we will have virtual meetings and you will still be able to obtain important messages and information through GroupMe, Teams, EngageUL, and cardmail.
