KYDOC awards Dr Kristin Swartz
On September 5, 2018 at their annual awards luncheon, the KYDOC honored Dr. Swartz for her research and for providing "staff with compassionate affirmation of the importance of their work". They stated that the "KYDOC knows her as 'Kristin' and has fully embraced her as part of the DOC family". The Lucille Hurt Robuck Award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated an outstanding contribution to the field of corrections during the past year.
