To request a Cardbox account, go to our Identity Management Portal > Sign into System, Under Requests > Request Access > Follow the 4 Steps. You will receive an email once the system has set up your Account (usually within a day).

to securely share ideas, collaborate and get work done faster.
You can integrate with Outlook Client or online Office365 and keep your workflow current. You can easily share files with anyone - even if they're outside of UofL - with a simple link via email or straight with a shared folder from CardBox. You can synchronize and backup all of your desktop files plus securely access and share files from any device. And when you create or edit a file in a shared and synced folder, your assigned team members receive automatic updates so they can quickly review any changes.
