Finance and Administration
IT Finance and Administration (F&A) provides administrative, human resource and financial support for the Office of the Vice President for Information Technology under the direction of the Administrative Director and the Assistant Director of Finance.
Administrative support for the Vice President includes:
Departmental policies and procedures, performance management, customer satisfaction surveys, travel, document management and retention, contract administration and other leadership support as needed.
Human Resources (HR) falls under the administration function and includes:
Recruitment, hiring, payroll, time and attendance, and all other duties related to HR.
The finance area encompasses budgeting, financial reporting, processing of requisitions, purchase orders and invoices, service center rate calculations, procurement card management, reconciliations and other financial services for the unit.
