
Institutional Effectiveness
Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for coordinating campus-wide and assisting unit-level assessment of academic programs and administrative processes to support the University’s quality improvement efforts. These activities include:

promoting and maintain a culture of assessment
-
administering national, institutional and unit-level surveys to assess student engagement, retention, and graduation
-
conducting environmental scanning of faculty, staff, students, and alumni
-
coordinating university-wide learning assessment initiatives and evaluating student learning outcomes
-
providing technical support and consultation to assist units in assessing student learning outcomes and administrative objectives
-
conducting special studies to evaluate the University’s progress in achieving strategic goals
-
assisting academic and administrative units with the design and administration of their online surveys
