Registrations can also be submitted by mail to Rodica McCoy - IAM-RE, Lutz Hall #010, University of Louisville, Louisville, KY 40292. Checks should be made payable to University of Louisville.
Registration Fees
Your payment, in full, must accompany your registration form. Fax, telephone, or email registrations must be accompanied by credit card information.
If you plan to attend the banquet on Monday evening, an additional amount ($40 for participants and guests, and $25 for students) should be added to your registration fee. The welcome reception on Sunday evening is free of charge.

On-Site Registration

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by March 1, 2008, will be refunded in full, minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations received after March 1, 2008, will be refunded in full minus a $75 processing fee. Substitutions can be made at any time. Please advise the workshop coordinator in advance if possible.
