    University of Louisville’s clinical outpatient practices have consistently suffered with problems related to patient access. We remain far behind national benchmarks in patient experience, third next-available appointment, and even simply answering the phones in our clinics. Yet, we have unused capacity in our clinics. What could we do to transform (think innovation) our patients’ experience in these areas to exceed national benchmarks in performance? What would the financial impact to the practices be?
