Cultural Humility Academy

How to apply:

• Click here for the short application and submit (with supervisor’s signature) to hscodi@louisville.edu by August 24th, 2018.
• Participants are required to attend all sessions (dates listed on application).
• Collaboratively the cohort will develop their social contract to guide discussions, including how they will support and hold each other accountable. By the end of the Academy all participants will have developed an individual and departmental plan on how they will implement cultural humility concepts, and cohort members are expected to support each other in reaching those goals.
