We have created this area to help you better assist your clients, and to provide available resources to you as you help your clients make health care decisions. Being a culturally competent provider means continually educating yourself about issues affecting diverse communities.

As a provider of health services to people of various ethnicities who speak a variety of languages, the University of Louisville's School of Nursing is pleased to offer the Color of Health website to help you provide resources and materials for your patients and their families.

This site includes locations and other vital information regarding health and wellness resources for the greater Louisville region.

Links to health education materials are included in Russian, Somali, Chinese, Japanese, French, Spanish, Vietnamese and Korean as well as English.  If this site does not include materials about a particular condition, disease or topic, please make a recommendation to the project coordinator at j0buch01@louisville.edu.
